Dr. P.V. Lakshmaiah, Honorary President, PARD
Dr. Para Venkata Lakshmaiah, Liaison Officer, Kamadhenu Project works in collaboration with Brazilian Govt, had a vision in mind that led to the formation of the “Para Association for Rural Development”, an NGO organization has been set up in Hyderabad on 9 June 2004.
With a vision and mission to bring about a social-economic development at the grass-root village level by serving to poorest of the poor. For which, numerous projects through skill enhancement programs, public utility programs, environmental protection awareness programs, and sapling plantations, etc.in Nuzendla Mandal, Guntur District, A.P have been undertaken.
For the socio-economic development of our Nation, Dr. P.V. Lakshmaiah, Honorary President, do believe that strong leadership in the administrative mechanism alone can benefit the maximum to the poorest of the poor. Hence, besides other activities, imparting the needful skills for civil Aspirants, and extend the same for other State and Central Examinations is chosen as one of the prime objectives.
Another Novel Act:
Dr.lakshmaiah does take pride in relating with Sri Padmavathi Mahila Viswavidyalayam on delivering Degree with Civils Program. It has been designed for those determined to join Civil Services and serve the Nation at a young age. In the process, in association with the University, PARD did design an Integrated B.A & M.A 5 – year course with (Anthropology and Public Policy subjects). The course provides flexibility to the student. He / She can back out after completion of B.A 3-year, or B.A (Hons) 4-year course, or complete the Integrated M.A. 5-year course. In addition, through the course tenure, we shall be harnessing the Students with essential skillsets for UPSC (CSE) and other competitive exams of both Central and State Governments and their recruiting agencies.

Sri Para Venkatapathi Raju
Free coaching for IAS was provided to SC/ST/BC/OC/EBC/ and minority communities keeping in view their income levels. The SUCCESS RATE has been phenomenal and one can find it in the results of the Venkatapathi Vidya Deevana Project, a scheme that was initiated on the name of Sri. Para Venkatapathi, grandfather to Dr. Lakshmaiah.
Smt. Para Chinnamma
Likewise, students who belong to the poorest of the poor, either rural or urban having done with their Intermediate/ 10 + 2, can seek free online/offline coaching to get qualified in NEET and seek entry to various medical and para-medical courses. These free coaching classes are conducted under the scheme Chinnamma Chiru Deevana in fond memory of Dr.Lakshmaiah’s Grandmother, Smt. Para Chinnamma.
