Para Association for Rural Development, PARD, was established on 09, June 2004 with a prime mission and objectives to serve the nation in a predefined manner as described in the PARD amendment pages as it has been registered at the Registrar of Societies at Hyderabad.

To explain our aims and objectives in brief, PARD does want to make a distinctive contribution in the poorer of the poor societies in the following manner. It does want to bridge up the gap so established in the socio-economic spheres, and improvise the livelihood of the various sections of the society. PARD is decisive in covering different sections like Backward communities, SC/ST communities, economically backward communities and women.
